2. No Attorney-Client or Appraiser-Client Relationship

Submission of a file through this portal does not create an appraiser-client relationship. A relationship is only established upon written confirmation from our team.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate claim and property information. Misrepresentation may result in termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all submitted claim files and documents as confidential and will not share them with unauthorized parties.

5. File Storage

Uploaded files are stored securely. You retain ownership of all documents you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
